Fifteen years building for other communities. Now I build for mine.

I spent fifteen years in construction, most of it on the road, building commercial projects in other people's communities. Somewhere along the way, I wanted to bring that experience home and put it to work for my own. Estuary Build Co. is what came out of that: the same eye for organization and detail I built over fifteen years on commercial sites, now focused on the homes and families right here, with an emphasis on doing it right, not just doing it fast.

The name comes from what an estuary actually is: one of the most resilient ecosystems there is, constantly reshaped by tide, storm, and season, and stronger for it. That's the standard every project is built to: construction that holds up to whatever comes, season after season.
